I have active annual subscriptions for several apps and have still many months left. I need to change my app store region and I want to make sure that my subscriptions are not going to be affected and will remain active even after the switch.

You cannot change your App Store region until you have canceled all of your current subscriptions. If these are annual subscriptions, you'll need to contact Support to have them removed. Once you change regions, you will then need to resubscribe.
