I can’t add another Home Screen for the apps
I tried dragging an app to the side to get a new blank page, but it leads me to the app gallery instead. I already restarted my iPad yet it still won’t work.

Touch and hold an app until all the apps wiggle. Then drag an app from the rightmost page to the right.
