Siri reminders set while in my car are not alerting me in my phone
Why don’t I get the reminders that I’ve asked Siri for! I request the reminders while in my car & need to have the reminders on my phone

If you create a reminder directly in the Reminders app, does it show up once you hit save? Or does it disappear from the app as well?
If it's not storing reminders created in the app as well as created with Siri, check in Settings > Name at the top > iCloud, to see if you're storing the Reminders in iCloud or just on the device. If you're storing them in iCloud, try turning off the sync for a few seconds then turn it back on and test it out.
If reminders are still not stored, try removing and reinstalling the Reminders application. It's important to note, if you are not storing Reminders in iCloud using the steps above, this will remove any related user data and configuration files.
1. Touch and hold the app.
2. Tap Remove App.
Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Once it's removed, just search the App Store for "Reminders" and reinstall the application.
If it's still not storing reminders after that, cover the basics like restarting the device and making sure it's up to date then contact Apple to report the issue.
