Apple support's article:

How to make a playlist in the Apple Music app - Apple Support

says:

" ... you can touch and hold on a playlist to download, share, or delete it."


and

If you have a profile on Apple Music, you can make a playlist public so anyone can find it when they search Apple Music. So, if you want, when you create a new playlist, you can turn on Show on My Profile and in Search.
