It is likely that your iPhone doesn’t change the battery health number in settings when the actual battery health degrades. The battery may have fell to 87% over a normal period of time. To limit the degradation of the battery health, monitor how much and when you charge your iPhone. As well as limiting the use of a wireless charger.

I hope this helps!

Battery Health:

All is fine. Apple recommends that you get a new battery when the Battery Health reaches 80% or lower. So, just keep an eye on the Battery Health.
