Keynote file loses hyperlinks when I move slides with hyperlinks to another Keynote file

I encountered this problem when I need to move a large number of hyperlinks to a new keynote file. Some links are lost and some are moved. Why can't I move all the hyperlinks with the slides to the new file? Is there any way to change this? Thanks!

This is the way Keynote works since version 6.0.

The workaround is:

close Keynote, Duplicate the file that has the hyperlinks you want to use [click to select the file in Finder then select Duplicate

Open the duplicated file and add any additional slides that don't contain hyperlinks, either from other presentations or by adding new slides.
