I lost wallpapers after 16.5 upgrade. It has left me with just a black lock/home screen. And, there is no way, I can set the wallpaper again. Tried setting it from both Wallpaper setting as well as from lock/home screen. Tried restarting, hard reset as well. Nothing helps to set/create new wallpaper. Is there a solution for this?

Troubleshooting Updates and Background Changing:
A. Reset your iPhone to Factory Settings:
Having tampered with this app, then reset you iPhone to factory settings, as if you were to sell it. Go here: What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, or Trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. Perform as instructed there, including the backup creation and iCloud logout.
B. Report this as a Bug to Apple:
Do your part: Let Apple know what is going on here. Provide them with feedback on this. They may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they received on this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed in updates to come.
