Zillow app crashing on iPhone & iPad

The Zillow app keeps crashing on iPad and iPhone. Both have the latest update. I have tried to unload app, deleting app and still crashes. Any suggestions on how to save the Zillow app? This is not happening to any other app and storage is fine. I’m using iPhone 12. Pro and iPad mini gen 4.

My GardePro app keeps closing/crashing. App and phone are up to date. App had been working. I have force restarted my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times. Very frustrating. Background apps constantly crashing still in 13.4.1 Starting a few iOS updates ago, and continuing now in 13.4.1, nearly every app I have completely loses it’s state (“crashes”) when it is moved to background. Even if I briefly change from, say, UberEats to my text messaging app... UberEats will lose my entire state / shopping cart, etc.. Safari will lose page state and reload pages with previous state lost. Not specific to one app, impacts all apps! What the heck! The number of major bugs I’ve seen in my iPhones over the years only ever seems to get worse, and none of them ever get fixed!
