Battery powered HomeKit lights?

Are there any battery powered HomeKit lights on the market? I’ve had a search and couldn’t see any. Case in point, I want to put a light strip under one of kitchen cabinets, but don’t want the visual clutter from a cord.

If nothing like this exists currently, would it be possible in the future, or are the power requirements just too much without having an inappropriately large battery?
