got this pop up in my phone. Why?
Allow Random CB:8E:84:B2:A9:A6 to...
When connected, all notifications you receive on your iPhone will also be sent to Random CB:8E:84:B2:9:A6 and may be shown on its display.

A screen shot of this Pop Up may be helpful. Check Settings > Notification. If the Notification has an App icon, look for the icon on this page and shut it off. Also, check for an App that you are unfamiliar with that is allowing notifications.
Does it happen while using Safari?
You can go to Settings > Safari > Block Pop-ups and shut this switch off to see if that solved the problem.
You may need to remove a bluetooth device and add it back in. If you have any devices in your Bluetooth list that you do not recognize, then delete it.
It popped up on home Lock Screen. I am nervous someone else has access to my phone?
Could it be related to a bluetooth device that is capable of showing notification? Check your list of Bluetooth devices at Settings > Bluetooth.
