All ssd speed comparison list

Apple does NOT specify SSD speeds, and even if a third-party were to test them, Apple does not guarantee to use EXACTLY the same drive in every sample of a specific model. If pressed, Apple will tell you the drives in any particular model are 'comparable' to other samples of the same product.

To have control over the speed, I suggest you purchase a Mac Pro 2019 model, and add your own drive in a PCIe slot.

I decided to look since you couldn't find anything. Just made no sense to me some rag has never done comparisons:

You're not going to find a list of all, modesl come and go all then time.

Maybe you can tell us 2 or 3 that interest you.

As your fellow end users, not one here is likely to have that data, and Apple is notoriously closed-mouth about sharing internal documents.

There are other factors in addition to the raw speed of the SSD device that limit the speed at which of a particular SSD can read or write data.

For example, I bought an SSD advertised as capable of 7,000 M Bytes/sec. But the fastest it can attain in a genuine Thunderbolt enclosure is less than half that speed, due to limitations of Thunderbolt. With a USB enclosure, that performance is cut about in half again.

You should have led with that.
