Voicemail alerts

I have an iPhone 13 Pro on Virgin Mobile with an eSim. I have a second physical SIM inserted on another number with O2. I keep getting a Voicemail alert on the VM eSIM number when there are no voicemails. The voicemail system is completed empty with no saved or stored messages. I have updated the phone and SIMs. Turned Voicemail off and on. Logged out and in. Turned phone off and on for a reset (not full factory). Removed the physical O2 SIM. Googled the problem and tried the toggling of the Badges notifications etc and various other suggested “fixes” by cannot stop the Voicemail alerts popping up. VIrgin say it is not an issue their end. Anyone got a similar problem …. Or ideally FIX that works? Thanks
