iPhone battery is not functioning normal in my iPhone 14pro when it was new it was giving good output ,but all of a sudden after 3 months battery drains unnecessarily.Even phone charged at night and after 8 hrs battery reduced by 20 -25 percent .does it will be fixed by updates or it is some serious problem.plz guide

No one on a user to user forum will have any way of knowing whether Apple might do something or when they might do it.
Probably over a billion users have updated their iOS 16 versions by now. If this were a widespread issue, the online forums would be flooded with posts and the nightly news on major networks would be talking about this in the headlines.
That does not mean that users are not having problems, they are. This happens with every iOS version that is introduced.
All that you can really do at this time is take the phone into an Apple Store or authorized Apple Service shop to let them run some checks on the battery.
If I understand you correctly, you charge overnight, then 8 hours after you remove it from the charger it is between 75% and 80%. If that is correct, your phone is working completely normally.
