This iPhone keyboard is opening with a delay

Try a forced restart.

• Press and quickly release the volume up button

• Press and quickly release the volume down button

• Press and hold the side button.

• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

Is it happening in just one app or all apps?

Personally I don't see the issue but if it bothers you, make an appointment at the Genius Bar to have it diagnosed.

I see a lag of about 1/4 second. Definitely not 2 seconds.
