Troubleshooting Logins:

Are you saying that your iPhone is locked? Or can you not get into the app?

I can down load the app. I had to go to bluetooth to "forget this device". I enter my ID and password and the wheel just spins. I tried downloading the new app many, many times. I changed my password to log in twice, still no luck.
