As far as I know, haven’t gotten any email stating anything relating to such unless haven’t look through inbox in it’s entirety/properly being why are not feeling threatened in believing this as it could be a scam to scar billions or possibly trillions if to that extent or that many

It sounds like you might possibly still be using My Photo Stream vice the newer iCloud Photos system.

No. that is a scam. There is no such thing as a "iCloud Photos storage subscription", per se'.

So, Report this Email:

If scammers, report them to those who are running this scam to your eMail provider. If it is Apple - then forward the eMails to reportphishing@apple.com

And....

Modify Your Credentials— ASAP:

Someone is Trying to Get in. As to who it is, there is no way of telling. So, immediately considering to perform the following is best at this point:

• Modify: your login credentials (using both a New eMail and a New Password) for Apple and each and all sites

• Associate: a different method of payment to your account

• Enable: Two-Factor Authentication for Apple ID and for all other accounts that have such an applicable option
