iphone 14pro using excessive download data over night on WiFi. 300gb in one month

We have an iphone 14pro on ios 16.5 in the household using excessive data randomly through the month.. between 40-50gb in a night at least once a week (this is just download and over WiFi) totaling 300gb so far this month. Other phones in the house haven't broken 100gb each. This has happened previous months as well. The phone can only track app use over cellular so this is proving challenging to narrow down. Xfinity has been charging us overages and this phone is def pushing us over the use accounting for 30+% usage. Background app refresh is off for a few days and it did it again. Probably use is texting, calling and Instagram. Very little video streaming otherwise. Phone is the replacement for a 12pro it was doing the same thing. Any ideas?

Thank you for the screenshot.

Troubleshooting Data Consumption:

A. Singling-Out this Data:

Anything particular about these days (i.e. online classes, Zoom meetings, data consumption)?

B. How Much Space is in Storage:

Looking in the storage of your iPhone, how much remains? Do you know what this data is?

C. Reset to Factory Settings:

If this cannot go through as intended, then reset your iPhone to factory settings as if you were to sell it. Perform as instructed here, including the backup creation and then iCloud log out. I'm able to look at usage from my router, and this phone is far and above any other devices on the network."

Troubleshooting DTR and TCP:

Something is grabbing all of this data. One or multiple devices. So, look in the Downloads folder. los, change the password of the network, and whatever device is doing this would no longer have access to it, and all this would stop.
