Scrolling through the list of available cities for watch faces that support a second time zone does not display any central time cities. Here are screenshots of the GMT face..It goes from Denver then to New York. There is no central time zone option.

Don’t see an edit button. Part of the issue is every 3rd party app also uses world clock somewhere in the name. The app I downloaded was listed as an Apple app and the icon is a white ‘globe’ latitude and longitude lines on an orange background. I resolved the problem by deleting all the cities and adding them in the desired order. Here’s a screenshot…
While LD150 has solved your initial issue, do note that it is possible to rearrange the World Cities in the included Apple App. While viewing the World Clock, tap the Edit button at the top left corner, then tap and hold on the 3 lines on the right of the individual cities to drag them to their desired location.
I think that is a non-Apple World Clock app?
It’s in there. Not sure what the green and black vertical bars indicate.

The Apple world clock is part of the standard Clock app
First add the required cities to World Clock in your iPhone.

You are correct. I must have replaced the Apple app with a third party clock. I noticed the app icon was different. Installing it now.
That resolved it, but I selected the other app because as far as I can tell, there is no way to sort the order of cities. Or I’m clueless, which is often the case.

Too many apps! But I do see that. Some but not all apps are controlled/paired between the watch and phone which can get confusing.
