Phone service and message service are handled by your carrier.


I suggest that you contact your carrier to ask them run a check on things. It's possible that your phone might need an update, which can be downloaded in a few minutes.


Not sure who your carrier might be? You probably pay them every month for cell service.


Settings > General > About > Network
