Hello, I read a few posts that people might lose their purchased content if Apple and the studios pull their catalog items. However, I never heard that a movie I buy now lacks English Audio (Wall Street 2). What can I do, and who can help? The film had the English track for years. Now suddenly, only French/Spain?
What is the country or country-like region as set for your Apple ID account?
If you changed the country recently, then you would be streaming from a different Store region, which might have different audio tracks.
If the English language audio track for a country with English as main language seems missing, then contact the iTunes Store staff about that. That may require fixing through a new upload.
I see, then please contact the staff, so they can ask the supplying studio to fix it.
