"Dismiss double pinch"

Have a new Series 8 watch that frequently pops up "Dismiss - double pinch". Not sure what that means.

Apple Watch Series 8, watchOS 9

That sounds like you have Assistive Touch turned on in Accessibility. If you don't need it you can turn it off.

iPhone, Watch app, My Watch tab, Accessibility under Motor section.

I have a series eight Apple Watch. I have turned off Assistive Touch on both iPhone and watch but hasn't worked, any further ideas would be most welcome
