Am i the owner of my phone?
We bought iphones together with paying it of in 24 months, both phones where purchased on her name. I payed for all the expenses. Now we broke up and she wants to report my phone stolen. Is this possible? I have the phone and the box and been using and paying for it for half a year. she says my phone will be blocked

If it is in her name, then legally it is hers. She would have to transfer it to you or, if you have the purchase receipt, you can try to make a case with Apple.

Ownership is a civil (legal) matter, and not a technical matter.
If the original purchase receipt and the cellular plan are in somebody else’s name, and if there’s no subsequent (preferably written) transfer of ownership, and even given paying for your service, then your case for ownership is poor to non-existent.

We are users like you. We can not get into ownership issues. Look at the purchase receipt to see who owns the phone.
