Disable switching off phone unless unlocked

This has been requested a few times across multiple post. I think this would be a game changing feature that would make iphone less appealing to opportunistic thieves.

simply allow control centre type options to disable power off unless unlocked. Totally get the phone will turn off if battery runs out of charge. Where do we submit enhancements request?
