Virtual payment card

I can’t add my card because it’s asking for a photo and the virtual card exists on the banking app on the same phone 😒 how do we move past this??

iPhone 11, iOS 16

You cannot use an image of a card from the photo library. You can only scan the actual card. But you can also manually enter the information from the card; the card number and expiration date, and CVV.

All my visa virtual cards - it won’t accept the card without a real-time photo and when you click the photo icon, it opens up the camera immediately instead of providing a series options that include photo gallery and camera.
