how can I remove the floating control always on my screen?

Go to Settings>Accessibility>Touch>AssistiveTouch - Toggle 'AssistiveTouch' to 'Off'.

This 'Touch' option is under 'Physical and Motor' section.

This is on an iPhone 13 Pro running iOS 17.4.

Then that is most likely because you have the accessibility shortcut enabled. Go to Settings/Accessibility, scroll down and turn off Accessibility Shortcut.

I try that and the Home Screen floating button keeps come back on upon my screen
