I can't enable Cellular Data on my iPhone XR

I was wondering is anybody can give me some viable information I bought this iPhone XR about a month ago I did not know that it says carrier Sim lock. It won’t let me turn on the cellular settings. Keep telling me SOS only it won’t even allow me to put a Sim card and it keeps saying no Sim, what can I do to save me some money already feel like I got play I’m just trying to work my new iPhone XR I never had one before well an iPhone this is my first one or is there a number that I can call to see about this

Apple can't unlock your iPhone for use with a different carrier. Only your carrier can unlock your iPhone.

You need to contact your Carrier.

There is nothing that can be done by you. Contact the seller and get to know the carrier in which the iPhone is locked and then request the Carrier for unlocking the device.
