Don’t do anything with the message that might indicate you have received it, such as opening, replying, etc., if you haven’t already. Of course, you needn’t worry if you have replied, as it’s not the end of the world. It’ll just notify the scammers that you’ve successfully received the message, therefore you might continue to get messages like these, maybe in greater quantities.

The message was not from Apple. Why? Apple will never send a message like this.

The message is a SCAM that is trying to trick you into buying useless software. Delete the message and any others like it that you might receive.
