I only have My Albums in photos, but there are iPhoto Events, which contain dated Photo Streams. Are they in icloud?

Not certain that photos are not in Photo Stream. I do not specifically see Photo Stream. MacOS Big Sur 11.7.7.

I only see icloud. Under Photos, I see My Albums, and under that, I see iPhoto events. In iPhoto events, there are several photos, dated, for instance, Mar 2016 Photo Stream. They seem to be in a folder in the icloud, but I am not certain.
