My Apple Watch is randomly showing high resting heart rate. 120!!! I’m feeling absolutely fine. I’m pretty sure this is incorrect. Should have felt some sort of discomfort if the heart rate was so high.

If it were me, I'd be inclined to share these results with a qualified medical professional as opposed to asking strangers on a public user to user only forum. The thing about heart rate is one doesn't always have symptoms which might let you know there could be an issue. Better safe than sorry.

I got so used to silly spikes on my Polar running Watch I could often be seen running with my fingers on my carotid artery 😂
