This Apple ID has been locked for security reasons. You must unlock your account before signing in. Cancel Unlock Account

good Morning


I am using the iPhone for text and calls and downloading apps


when I tried to sign in to my Apple ID on his iPhone he receive this error: This Apple ID has been locked for security reasons.

You must unlock your account before signing in.

 Cancel Unlock Account

this means the Apple ID has been locked while he was typing the wrong password! and it’s asking for your Apple ID and typed it in and it’s asking to enter the phone number to unlock your account and it says: Confirm your phone number.

Enter the phone number that you use with your Apple ID.


this morning I woke up at 6:30 am and was trying to unlock my Apple ID and it’s asking to send the code to my phone number! telling me it’s sent to my phone number which that says enter the code that was sent to my phone number


when I put the code and it’s asking to enter the password and I put the password this morning and it’s asking to unlock your account!!


when I click unlock account, i got that message telling me the account has been unlocked!

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", there is a problem with your payment method on your account, to resolve the problem you need help from Apple support,  click -> contact Apple Support for help.


2.

If your Apple ID is locked or disabled -> If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support (CA)

-> Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication

Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication - Apple Support


If you have followed all the steps and instructions and if you still need help, get support from Apple directly -> Get Support or call Apple in your region see -> Contact Apple for support and service or check -> here for more support and assistance.
