It sounds like Siri isn't working, but can you clarify what you mean by 'visual intelligence'? Also, we'd recommend double checking the information in the following article regarding Siri and its settings.
If the issue persists, let us know what specifically happens when trying to use Siri? Additionally, try using both the vocal command "Hey Siri" and long pressing the side button on your iPhone to summon it.
