How to recover Apple ID password without trusted number?
i forget my password for my id log in and i dont own the phone number i used for it so how can i recover my password

You are logged in and posting here w/ an AppleID and password … ???
There is no means available for you to “recover” or “view” or “have sent to you” your AppleID password.
You can ONLY “reset” it to something more memorable after being properly authenticated.
