When I open my Calendar app on iPhone 12 Pro Max, and then move event to different date, or chage date or time in Edit tab, Calendar app will stuck, than I have to close the app, open ( in this moments it crash) then open it again and try one more or 2-3 times to move the event. I am using iCloud calendar by the way.

As a test, do you have any other device to test this on, like a Mac or iPad? We'd like to see if this is specific to your iPhone or if there's issues with the event. Related to this, does it happen with multiple events?
If this happens with multiple events, then try the troubleshooting outlined at If your iCloud Contacts, Calendars, or Reminders won’t sync - Apple Support to see if that helps correct this behavior. If it's only a single event, then delete and recreate it and let us know what happens.

It happened every time a have a repeated event (weekly, monthly), but also a normal non repeated event. It happens only on this iPhone 12 for few months after some update. I tried the troubleshoot you are saying but it did not help.
Calendar stuck when moving event
