Unable to add to Wallet

I received an email from your competitor that I won a Virtual Visa Card in one of their contests. I answered their questions and printed out the Virtual Visa Card and tried to add it to my iPhone Wallet, but kept getting a 'Could Not Add Card' when I scanned it. I tried all the suggestions I saw in other messages, but none of them worked. I don't want to carry around a piece of paper with all the info on it. Is there anything else I can do or try outside of printing out a bunch of copies of the Virtual Visa Card???

iPhone 8, iOS 16

The bank that issued/supports the virtual Visa card does not support Apple Pay. You can try contacting the support team of the bank that issued/supports the virtual card that you received. However, my suspicion is they do not support Apple Wallet.

That kind of sucks... I have no idea what bank actually issued it... all it says is VISA and there are a lot of banks in Canada that have VISA... Looks like I'm going to gave to print out a number of copies in case one gets worn out or torn.

Thanks

Does it have name for the Visa? I’m a little surprised there’s not fine print or link that might lead to a clue. Sorry it’s going that way.

I’ve received cards like that on so called legal settlements that yield millions for a few lawyers, but when divided the millions affected yields a tiny Visa card that can’t be used. I can certainly appreciate you feelings.
