I wish this could be private but upon discovering "this"- woke up one day and laptop and iphone passcode locked. I had never used passcodes. I had never read a TOS or privacy notice either. I had/have zero interest in technology beyond what was necessary for the job. When locked did research how or why and was told the Business user thing. I have never had a business address in my life. An Apple ID and a gmail for online purchases to keep my Apple Id pretty clean. Anyway....right after this I was fired without cause 5 x in a row? 20 years of no prob and fired? "My" now former local had nothing to say. Also became recipient of misbehavior from said local. Discovered 20 yrs of medical docs in a storage acct. Got locked out of Apple ID in acct recovery. PW's changed in incessantly. could not join wifi, watch tv, get email. I created an Outlook email. I didnt even know that was MS. There I discovered the Business contract including official audits for FedRamp, Fisma dating back to '06. Nauseating developer contracts describing in detail the ways and means this was happening but STILL not one single employee of one big tech company acknowledging or responding to the simple question of WHO my admin is. I worked for a left wing paper pre-film biz so kind of figured... prob everyone at the paper was being .... More recently I discovered more official audits with the Gmail address for a pymt systems and a dev App program at Google. 80 pages attesting to why I needed to be monitored by my employer for 2020. I DID NOT WORK ONE TIME IN 2020. It was Covid A. B. I was literally "chat supporting" Google LITERALLY reporting that there were multiple computers logged into my account with the map showing within blocks. That is: stalking. Not only did they do NOTHING except tell me to swmy passwordim but the concurrent audit was detailing how there was iron clad safety, security and no data loss. Um, being hun, reputationally destroyed and DENIED unemployment for 20 mos through Covid, these "audits" ensured I would get NO help. I applied for SS for my migraines and in there saw MUCH fraud and pyments to ? FOIA's, reports to FTC, FBI, DOJ, TIGTA, SSA, DOL, NLRB. 2 states and counties. Hippa req to my supposed PPO union insur of 20 yrs. The Safety class part of the biz. No reply from any for 4 yrs now. Not from Tech, gov, not law. Address books long gone. Social media? Too painful. Many accounts posting awful things. Meanwhile, began a series in Chi FOR A***e itself, with whom I had a long history. I thought surely I would get help. Firstly, I got a letter stating I was kicked out of the local FOREVER. Discovered the clerical error. No matter, extorted for 1000's in order to take the job. The job was untenable. I am a dept. head expected to sort 1000's of photos, do presentations, budgets involving high 6 figures and run a crew.
I was bullied. I couldn't keep an email account. I was given the green light to "let go" the unhelpful-bullies only to have them hired elsewhere on MY crew. I ended up getting exposed to Covid and quarantining and told to not come back. I spent 20 mos being UNABLE to get EDD. Physically, digitally, fax, mail. At the end, 18 identity documents. Incl SS card, DL from every address, leases, union card, the paystubs, confirmation from the payroll co., special letter from social security and at the end was told "they were not adequate to confirm my identity".
Every person in my life except a private eye GF responded to me with concern from my mental health as if I were having sustained psychosis since 2019. I show the tech companies WHY their policies and settings are not accurate and get a brick wall. Its exactly what you say. Games, Accessibility. Any remote voice commands. I have pages of Siri data in analytics. I have never, will never use Siri. My "Home" app states someone elses Apple ID is head of my home. This stalking took a very real turn a few mos ago. My phone just said SOS in where the LTE should be. My whole OS was wiped out. Found a T-****le store. no record of my being a customer EVER. Took us 3 hours to straighten it out w/ my sim card. I was forced to make a map to look at an apt. I was met by unlikely 22 yo mgr. The inevitable, unspeakable happened and I am mostly infuriated by the slow motion train wreck of reporting actual real life stalking and harassment, false claims, inaccurate terms to a world totally indifferent to my survival, safety and well being. In fact, I am reminded that NO one bears any legal "liability" and I alone am responsible for EVERYTHING happening in my account. So, needless to say. Depression sets in. I have lost quite literally everything. Career, reputation, health, insurance, friends, family. I will probably get accused of uploading inappropriate material. I wish there was a way to actually connect. Unless you are nauseated.
