iCloud Drive sync cannot be enabled in iCloud settings interface.

Every time I select iCloud Drive (iCloud 云盘) and click Apply (应用):

iCloud Drive will be automatically deselected:

So I cannot enable iCloud Drive sync on my PC.

I've tried some alternatives:

But none of them worked.

Windows version of my PC: Microsoft Windows 10 Home Chinese Edition

iCloud version: 14.1

1. On your Windows computer, open iCloud for Windows.

2. Select iCloud Drive, then click Apply.

3. Files under 1 MB are downloaded automatically. You can open and view downloaded files directly on your computer.

4. Note: If you’re using iCloud for Windows version 7, the entire contents of iCloud Drive are downloaded automatically.
