How to delete list of unknown under the iPhone calendar ?

When “+” a new Event, under calendar invitees. There is a list of unknown email addresses. Possibly from a prior spam calendar event. How do I delete the list?

Can’t remove spam calendar events in Hotmail calendar on iPhone SE Three spam calendar events have arrived in my Hotmail calendar and I cannot remove them. There is no option to delete or report the events. I tried: 1) long-pressing the event and selecting Cut 2) clicking on the event and declining. The events simply reappear. They are set for everyday for a month. I have tried steps 1 and 2 on the first day the events occur and for a day other than the first day. Same result both times, the events reappeared back in the calendar. As far as I can see I don’t have other calendars or subscriptions that would allow events to be fed into my Hotmail calendar. There are no emails in my inbox or junk folder that relate to the invitations, so I have no idea how they’re getting in there.

iPhone calendar Virus Simply deleting an email account that has been hacked and shows a virus message every day in my calendar is TOTALLY unacceptable as a remedy. My calendar is just that…MY calendar and hence no one outside of my contacts and at a minimum or even those contacts should be able to mark an appointment in my calendar. So, is there a better alternative to address this unnecessary opening other than delete the email address account OR better yet, when will a professional solution be forthcoming from Apple security?

Already performed all deleting instructions in “Delete Spam Calendars and events on iPhone”. All the spam events are gone. But those “invitees” are still there. How to delete them? Can spammers still send more spam calendar events to my iPhone because those unknown invitees email addresses still on my phone? I am concerned of security issues and hacking.
