Spectrum TV app is blurry when streamed through Apple TV

I tried to research this question and found it seemed to be a common problem but cannot tell if there was ever a fix for it.

Has anyone found a fix to this problem other than using Roku?

Who is the author of the app, Spectrum? If so, can’t someone from Apple help them fix their app so users can use Apple TV to properly stream their content? I would think this would be preferred over having Apple TV customers switch to Roku.

Many who have experienced the problem suggest it must be the app as other streaming apps such as Netflix and Amazon Prime do not have the same problem streaming on Apple TV 4K. Also the Spectrum TV app works fine on Roku.

Yes, at least officially. (App publishers might have unknown subcontractors.)

As this is a user-to-user community, no one here can tell where Apple will dedicate its resources to. But there is developer support available for programmers that seek that help.

However, if this issue is not the same for all users, then the app code is probably not the cause.

No, because there is no issue to fix. The Spectrum app displays perfectly on my Apple TV and Sony 4K TV. This is almost certainly a network issue on your end that is limiting the bandwidth.
