Post processing on Iphone 14 Pro

How long until can you turn off the image post processing on the Iphone 14 Pro? It ruins every single photo on both the front and back camera. Why would they even let you change the camera settings in the first place if they are just going to post process it with a ton of edits? The pictures look great for about 3 seconds, and then post processing blows out the lights, ruins skin tones, and over saturates everything. This is just a few of the many terrible things post processing does to the images. I need to turn this "feature" off now, as it is unwarranted, and more than disappointing.
