System Data

I just bought a second-hand 16 inch 2021 MacBook Pro M1 with 16gb of RAM and 512 GB of SSD. I have reinstalled the newer version of MacOs (Monterey 12.6.6.) and erased the whole SSD. I did not download anything on my Mac so far, but MacOs and System Data already take up 16 and 20 GB of storage respectively. Is it okay? I have already checked the Cashes folder, with no file weighing more than 10MB.
