How to force restart my iPhone with unresponsive screen

Hi. I wish to get help my iPhone is frozen since Saturday night I can't use it because the screen is untouchable, I have tried this method of pressing the volume buttons with the power button at once but I can't switch it off since the screen is untouchable.
