How do I uninstall latest update? Even when I'm not using iPhone 13 since update, the battery just drains.

Unfortunately, if the Maximum Capacity is above 80%, then it’s almost impossible to pinpoint unusual battery drainage.

You cannot downgrade your iOS. This battery drain may be because of your iPhone performing the iOS update, and then doing the “cleanup” afterwards.
Please tell us what your iPhone battery’s Maximum Capacity is. To check this, please go to: Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging. Now, please view the Maximum Capacity, and tell us what it’s at.
