My contact cards or videos won’t download via sms

can't open contact cards sent via iMessage I have now received two contact cards from different senders in iMessage, and I can't open them. There's a little download icon but nothing happens. And, I can't forward them either.

For these, you need an MMS plan enabled by your Carrier.

You need MMS enabled by your carrier. and in your Settings. See the Pic below
