Trusted Decive list not available when on wifi

Whenever I sign into my apple id on wifi, it does not show my trusted devices list. I tried it on my wifi at home and at work. Then when I try to sign out or refresh the page, I get a 503 error. I called apple and they had no idea.

It does not matter what device I use, it does the same thing.

When I sign in on my 5G/LTE, everything is fine.

What is causing this?

iPhone 12, iOS 16

Do you have any add-on security products, add-on VPN client apps, add-on end-point security apps, or related?

Are you configured for and using any DNS-related content-filtering services?

If so, remove all that, restart, and try again.

Wondering if all your devices have up-to-date software versions,

eg: About iOS 16 Updates - Apple Support says iOS 16.5 is the latest

and

whether you have signed in (to each device) ok with your Apple ID:

Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support

You may need to ensure you are allowing access:

Eg: Third-party (non-Apple), apps, especially ad-blockers, un-necessary virus checkers, etc., even VPN, can sometimes interfere.

Wondering which browser you use for wi-fi.

Seems this http error indicates that something has stopped your browser from accessing the server ... eg: maybe an outage, or the server was temporarily unavailable. (maybe there's a privacy setting / firewall / stopping your browser)

... or maybe a different browser would have access.

Eg: If Safari doesn't open a page or work as expected on your Mac - Apple Support

All the best :-)
