Cloud backup

I need to free up MacBook Air storage. Advice on best cloud storage facility that takes files completely off the MacBook (vs. iCloud and iCloud Drive, which seem to use some of the MacBook storage). I can't easily use dropbox. Experience with Google Drive or Adobe's Creative Cloud?
