Where is the new Ventura Tips pop-up file located on my Mac?

I've just installed Ventura on my iMac. I've enjoyed poking around in a file that opened by itself afterwards with a collection of tips including "What's New?", "Welcome to your Mac" and "Essentials" and more. I'd like to close it and come back to it from time to time, but there's no indication of what app is creating this file. It remains open when I hide Safari or any other open app. Clicking on any part of it doesn't change whatever app I have running at the time, keeping the same app showing in the upper menu. I can't even find something showing me the path that tells me where it's located on my Mac for later. It just randomly pops up from time to time, often when I don't have time to browse through it again.

Curious.

iMac 21.5″, macOS 13.4
