Thanks for the help, I learned something today and appreciate your respond, thinking you took care of my problem. I moved to Apple several years ago and have or had more than 14 devices since. Apple is PLUG and PLAY, it works together. Thank You

Please check Safari Preferences/ Settings to check for bogus notifications.
Settings - Websites - Notifications. Remove all sites listed here.
I think I got it, maybe a new visited website. Thanks for the input
