The Apple Wallet app is built-in on all iPhones.
Look for this icon:
If you can't find the Wallet app on any Home Screen or in the App Library, look in the App Store to download it again.

Once you find it, open it, and tap on the (+) icon at the top right of the screen to add a card. If your iPhone is set to a country where Apple Pay is supported it will then prompt you to enter card details to add or scan a card.
