KEY NOT VIDEO IS NOT PLAYING

I have been using the keynote presentations very often, moreover, lately I have been having an issue with the videos that I inserted on my key note. While I am editing the presentation, the videos play normally and fine, BUT when I play the keynote presentation the video shorten to 3 seconds only and doesn't show the rest of the video footage. Any help around? Videos are from Quicktime mov.

Voiceover/Background Music and Changing Any Video in .Key File In the latest version of Keynote (11.2) I've noticed two behaviors that didn't happen in previous versions. After placing the images, transitions and at last recording narration (voiceover). If we increase or decrease the background music it randomly disappears from the final exportation in video. 2.After recording the audio (voiceover) if we want to change some video (.mp4) from the final .key file, it will not be possible to edit it, leaving the frame blank.

Keynote Video playback stops I've seen this problem listed but no solution. I'm trying to create movies with an alpha channel for part of a presentation. I'm exporting the files from FCP as ProRes4444, and the transparency works fine, it just that the playback in Keynote stops after about 2 seconds, also when I manually start the movie playback. I don't believe its related to start on click, or start after transition, the behavior is the same in all cases, also when its the only element on a slide with no transition to next slide. Other videos in the presentation play fine, and compressed (without alpha channel) version of this video plays fine. But the version that I need stops.... Any hints would be much appreciated. I suspect its related to the file size of the ProRes4444 movies, but I'm not sure what the work around is. all the best, Korey

This can happen when using transitions or builds and automatic timing.

What are the exact settings, posting screenshots is best way to show these?
