Is it worthwhile to use an "app cleaner" in IOS

I have an app that is giving me trouble. I delete it, download again, and try but the same problem exists. Are there files left behind a normal app deleting doesn't remove that can cause problems? If so how? Please

No it will be a waste of money. When you delete an app, then iOS also manages cleaning / deleting all data associated with it.
